PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy optical frequency stabilization method utilizing a high-accuracy optical frequency difference detector in which an optical frequency difference between reference light and output laser light is detected by a general-purpose circuit, and a high-accuracy optical frequency stabilization device.;SOLUTION: The high-accuracy optical frequency stabilization device includes: a reference light source 101, an output laser light source 102, a photocoupler 108 for branching output laser light; a photocoupler 103 for multiplexing the reference light and the branched output laser light; a photodiode 104; a band-pass filter 105; a high frequency detector 106; and a control device 107 for controlling a driving current of the output laser light source 102. When the reference light and the laser light are made incident to the photodiode, an electric signal having a frequency of a frequency difference among totally three optical frequencies of an optical frequency of the laser light and two reference optical frequencies is outputted from the photodiode. The electric signal is transmitted through the band-pass filter and detected by the high frequency detector, and the control device adjusts a temperature of the laser light source in such a manner that a voltage value of the high frequency detector becomes maximum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
