PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily inspect the position of a hole provided in a turbine blade.;SOLUTION: An eddy current probe 120 is calibrated by inserting a rod-like magnetic body 200 into a groove to perform eddy current detection of the rod-like magnetic body 200 through a plate 320 having wall thickness determination reference thickness of the turbine blade 900 before an eddy current detection process for inserting the rod-like magnetic body 200 into a cooling hole 910 of the turbine blade 900 and scanning the eddy current probe from the surface of the turbine blade 900 to perform eddy current detection.
