PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train detecting device that can properly detect a train by properly transmitting and receiving train detecting signals even in a route such that a distance between stations and a track circuit are long.;SOLUTION: A starting point and an end point of each track circuit T serve as a starting point transmitting end and an end point transmitting end, respectively, to which a train detecting signal from a transmission circuit 3 is supplied, and a mid point of each track circuit T serves as a receiving end from which the train detecting signal is received. The train detecting signal is transmitted to the starting point transmitting end and the end point transmitting end of each track circuit T by the transmission circuit 3, and the train detecting signal is received from the receiving end by a parallel reception circuit 8, in this manner, presence or absence of the train in the track circuit T is detected depending upon whether the train detecting signal is received.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
