PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of processing on a work by supplying a coolant to the entire periphery of a grinding part of a grindstone substantially uniformly, and to manufacture a coolant supply device easily at low cost while making the coolant supply device structurally simple.;SOLUTION: A coolant is supplied from a supply passage 9 on the side of a grindstone shaft 3 to scattering means 7 at its grindstone-side end, and supplied to a grinding part of a grindstone 6 from inside through the scattering means 7. The scattering means 7 includes a scattering plate 14, a base plate 17 fixing the scattering plate 14 to a grindstone mounting table 5 of the grindstone shaft 3, and obstacle parts 18-21 provided between those scattering plate 14 and base plate 17 and dispersing the coolant in a peripheral direction by causing the coolant scattered outward with centrifugal force to collide, and supplies the coolant to the entire periphery of the grinding part from an outer periphery thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
