PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system capable of suppressing communication time even when transmitting segmented data to all ECUs, and completing transmission/reception of data at the same time.;SOLUTION: A diagnosis device 10 includes: start information transmission means 10a for transmitting start information (FF) showing start of data transmission; and data transmission means 10b for repeatedly transmitting data in a mode, in which all of a plurality of ECUs 21 to 23 can receive the data, by adopting the minimum value of information included in flow control information (FC) transmitted from the ECUs 21 to 23 on the basis of the flow control information.
