Refining lance lifting support system and refining lance replacement method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lance ascent/descent support installation which allows connecting a new lance for refining to a flexible hose connected to a lance for refining and provided with a weight, easily in a short time.SOLUTION: A lance ascent/descent support installation 10 for refining supports, ascendably and descendably, a lance 11 for refining connected with a flexible hose 13 provided with a weight 17. The lance ascent/descent support installation 10 has a hose support member 14 and a tension relief member 21. The hose support member 14 is arranged above the lance 11 for refining. The hose support member 14 turns downward the flexible hose 13 directed upward relative to the lance 11 for refining. The tension relief member 21 suppresses tension applied to the connection part between the lance 11 for refining and the flexible hose 13.
