PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cluster monitoring device, a cluster monitoring method, and a program capable of dynamically switching an activation location of a monitoring agent and distributing loads put on a cluster system, in the cluster system.;SOLUTION: A cluster monitoring device 10 controls an application program for jobs and activation of a monitoring agent in a cluster system 300 including a plurality of server devices.
