PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method capable of simply and efficiently cleaning and detoxifying trace PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment and the like by using a cleaning solvent having a high effect diffusing PCB adhered to or impregnated in the inside or the constituent members of waste electrical equipment and the like contaminated with trace PCB contained in an insulation oil.;SOLUTION: A cleaning and detoxifying treatment method of waste electrical equipment and the like contaminated with trace PCB contained in an insulation oil includes a cleaning step where a cleaning solvent containing a hydrocarbon oil and alcohols and having a lighter density than that of the insulation oil is poured into the waste electrical equipment and the like and brought into contact with the container of the waste electrical equipment and the like and incorporated members.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
