PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove oxidized scales generated on a surface of a material to be rolled, and to suppress degradation in the surface quality of the material due to flow of the oxidized scales removed from the material surface into a rolling machine.;SOLUTION: A descaling facility comprises: an upstream side descaling header in which inlet side jetting nozzles for jetting a high-pressure water to the upstream side and outlet side jetting nozzles for jetting a high-pressure water to the downstream side are alternately arranged in a width direction of a material to be rolled; and a downstream side descaling header which is provided on the downstream side of the upstream side descaling header and in which jetting nozzles for jetting a high-pressure water to the upstream side are arranged in the width direction of the material to be rolled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
