PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus duct which can average the temperature of each conductor without providing a conventional shield member, and to provide a temperature analyzing method of bus duct.;SOLUTION: A bus duct 1A includes conductors 11, 12, 13 for R phase, S phase, T phase, and a case 20 housing these conductors 11, 12, 13 while arranging in the longitudinal direction. The conductor 12 located in the center has a cross-sectional area larger than those of the conductors 11, 13 located on both sides. In the temperature analyzing method, heat generation distribution of the conductors 11, 12, 13 is determined by magnetic field analysis based on the finite-element method. Calorific value of the conductors 11, 12, 13 is determined based on the heat generation distribution thus determined. Based on the calorific value thus determined, thermal fluid analysis is performed while taking account of natural convection of atmosphere in the case 20, thus determining the temperature of the case 20 and the conductors 11, 12, 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
