PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in an assembling process for an automobile hub bearing, when grease as a lubricant is applied to a ball, the grease is conventionally applied to a surface of the ball or a cage facing a bearing center and thereby, when an inner ring is inserted to an outer ring, the grease is scraped off by a shaft portion of the inner ring.SOLUTION: Grease is discharged to a section near ball rows in a region sandwiched between the plurality of ball rows on an outer ring inner peripheral face, and the grease is made to spherically adhere to balls or a cage end face and the outer ring inner peripheral face. Since the grease is made to adhere a space on a radial outer side from a cylindrical face coming into internal contact with the ball rows, the grease is not scraped off by a shaft portion of an inner ring during insertion of the inner ring. Thus the applied grease efficiently adheres to the surfaces of the balls and exhibits high lubrication effects, so as to prevent damage such as seizure from occurring during operation of a bearing.
