PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overheat protection control device of an inverter which can easily estimate junction temperature of heating components in the case in which many heating components are connected to the same heat sink.;SOLUTION: In an overheat protection control device of an inverter, a temperature estimation part has a heat circuit model for estimating change of junction temperature of a heating component for each of a plurality of heating components. The temperature estimation part obtains power loss information assembled to the heating component of the estimation target on the basis of power loss information of the heating component of the estimation target selected from the plurality of heating components and power loss information of remaining heating components except for the heating component of the estimation target, inputs the obtained power loss information to the heat circuit model for the heating component of the estimation target, and estimates the junction temperature of the heating component of the estimation target.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
