PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a stop period of a compressor when a load control valve is processed for maintenance to be shortened as much as possible and at the same time an operator's burden to be reduced and further enable the load control valve to be safely processed for maintenance.;SOLUTION: A valve maintenance facility 21 according to an aspect of the present invention is facility used for performing a maintenance work for a load control valve of a compressor and comprises: a pressure tank 22 connected to the load control valve removed from the compressor through a pipe arrangement; a pressure gauge 23 for displaying a supplied pressure of compressed air with respect to the load control valve; an unloader pressure gauge 24; and an inlet valve 25a and a purge valve 25b for adjusting the supplied pressure of compressed air with respect to the load control valve. The pressure tank 22 simulates a discharging side pressure tank of the compressor and supplies compressed air to the load control valve. The unloader pressure gauge 24 displays that the load control valve is kept at the unloaded condition. The pressure gauge 23 displays the supply pressure of compressed air as a working pressure for the load control valve for a period in which the unloader pressure gauge 24 displays the unloaded state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
