PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standby electric power breaker for identifying a standby electric power without setting an amount of standby electric power in advance and for reducing the standby electric power, and to provide electric equipment, a standby electric power breaking system, and a method and a program for breaking the standby electric power. PSOLUTION: The standby electric power breaker includes an electric power input unit for acquiring an electric power from an external power supply, an electric power output unit to which the electric power is supplied from the electric input unit, a measurement unit for measuring the electric energy supplied to the electric power output unit from the electric power input unit, and a standby electric power determination unit for setting a standby electric power threshold based on the electric energy measured by the measurement unit and for determining whether the electric energy measured by the measurement unit is the amount of standby electric power based on the standby electric power threshold.
