PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recumbent bed 5 in an infant incubator significantly facilitating work labor for assembling or removing guard members 132, 102a, and 102b which are capable of restricting movement of an infant put on a recumbent bed body 61 or preventing falling of the infant therefrom, with respect to the infant incubator, as needed.SOLUTION: The recumbent bed body 61 includes at least one mounting hole 91-94 and 96-99 provided in the vicinity of the outer periphery thereof. The guard members 102a, 102b, and 132 have at least one mounting object part 144. The mounting object parts 144 are male/female fitted in the mounting holes 91-94 and 96-99, so that the guard members 102a, 102b, and 132 are demountably mounted on the recumbent bed body 61.
