PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously provide a service even when a fault is generated in a database management system (DBMS).;SOLUTION: A database management method in a high availability database management system including a plurality of broker nodes and a plurality of server nodes includes a step (a) in which, when receiving a database change request from an application server 110, any one broker node out of a plurality of broker nodes 120a to 120m is connected to a main server node 130a out of a plurality of server nodes 130a to 130n and a step (b) in which, when the broker node succeeds connection with the main server node, the main server node is allowed to process the database change request, and when the broker node fails connection with the main server node due to a fault of the main server node, a sub-server node is allowed to process the database change request by connecting the broker node to any one of sub-server nodes 130b to 130n.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
