PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating coil that is capable of efficiently heating a part to be heated within a short time and is also applicable to a thin workpiece, and to provide a heating device equipped with the same.;SOLUTION: A heating coil heats a workpiece wherein a part to be heated is its inner circumferential surface on which concavity and convexity are formed along an axial direction. The heating coil has a channel 26 that is continuously formed therein to pass a cooling medium and is equipped with: a first straight part 21 and a second straight part 22, each of which face the part to be heated; a coupling part that couples tips of the first straight part 21 and the second straight part 22; and a pair of connecting parts connected to the first straight part 21 and the second straight part 22, wherein the first straight part 21 and the second straight part 22 are parallel to each other and their cross sections defined by outer peripheral parts 211 and 221 and inner peripheral parts 212 and 222 are thick at center parts 201 and 203 of the outer peripheral parts 211 and 221, each of which facing the part to be heated, and thin at both ends 202 and 204 of the outer peripheral parts 211 and 221.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
