The invention discloses a liquid-state reactive UV light absorber, a method of producing the same and application thereof. The liquid-state reactive UV light absorber includes a solid state non-reaction type UV light absorber, and a polyethylene alkoxy ether methyl acrylic ester chain segment in covalent bonding with the solid state non-reaction type UV light absorber, thereby improving the UV absorptivity and weather fastness of the liquid-state reactive UV light absorber, and the compatibility with reactive monomers.
