PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally manage a plurality of river water filter devices by remotely controlling the plurality of river water filter devices regarding an operation for preventing a turbidity removing film module from being closed, in the case where a water quality of river water is varied.SOLUTION: A remote management control system includes: a plurality of river water filter devices 2a-2c for manufacturing processing water W2 from river water W1 introduced from the same river water source 4, and an analysis data storage section 52 for storing acquired analysis data relating to any one or more water quality items of all organic carbons, chlorophyll, water temperature, all nitrogen, biochemical oxygen requirement, adenosine triphosphate of the river water W1 introduced to the plurality of river water filter devices 2a-2c.
