PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer capable of achieving highly accurate position control, and to provide a power supply device and a stage device equipped with the transformer.;SOLUTION: A transformer 60 includes a primary winding 61, a secondary winding 62, and a core 63. The primary winding 61 is wound around the core 63 without a gap with respect to an insulation material provided for a surface of the core 63. With this construction, when one of the primary winding 61 and the core 63 moves, the other thereof also moves. On the other hand, the secondary winding 62 is wound around the core 63 with a predetermined gap with respect to the primary winding 61 wound around the core 63. When a displacement of the core 63 is less than a length determined by the predetermined gap, even when the core 63 moves, the core 63 does not contact the secondary winding 62 and the secondary winding 62 does not move.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
