PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically set a correspondence relationship between a macro cell and a small cell in HetNet.;SOLUTION: A base station 12 of each small cell scans for surrounding radio waves to detect the presence of a macro cell (1), determines (selects) a macro cell to be associated (connected) according to predetermined priority if detecting a plurality of macro cells (2), transmits a connection request to a base station 11 of the macro cell determined for association (3), and establishes a connection (4).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
