PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated steel plate for heat treatment for obtaining a heat-treated steel product having excellent corrosion resistance not only in an environment in which drying and wetting are repeated but also in an environment in which immersion into salt water is performed.;SOLUTION: The surface-treated steel plate for heat treatment includes a galvanized layer on a basis steel plate, and further includes a surface-treated layer formed thereon from process liquid containing granular silica as much as 60% or more of a non-volatile component, and having a coating weight of 0.4-2 g/m².;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
