The recording device (100) comprises a transmitter (101), which is designed to couple into blood vessel to generate two transmission signals with different frequencies. A receiver (105) is configured to receive the transmission signals with different frequencies. A loss detector (107) is formed to determine a loss size on the basis of the former transmission signal and another loss size on the base of the latter transmission signal.
