PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select without taking time and reproduce a similar contribution speech in speech SNS and other message services, making it possible to convey the contributor's intention satisfactorily.;SOLUTION: A speech reproduction control system is configured, which has a storage unit for storing therein a determination table composed of event identification information and keywords correlated with each other, and which executes a process in which the same publication destination among received speech data is identified, a speech recognition process is executed on the identified speech data to generate text data, and the generated text data is stored in the storage unit for each publication destination, a process in which each text data having a common publication destination is collated with each selection keyword in the determination table to identify text data containing a common selection keyword as pertaining to the same publication destination and same event, and the identified text data are stored in the storage unit as a group to be reproduced simultaneously, and a process in which speech signals in an unnecessary interval are deleted from the simultaneous reproduction speech data and each speech data having had the unnecessary speech signals deleted are transmitted to user terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
