PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a foreign material or impurity, which does not remain on a porous part of a conventional sintered metal filter, from a fluid; and to remove a target substance having a size far smaller than that of the size of the porous part by using an impurity removal device in combination with other specific particles.;SOLUTION: An impurity removal device is produced by sintering a plurality of metal spheres containing a ferromagnetic material. The device includes: one or more filters 5a capable of passing through a fluid; and one or more magnets 2a, 2b disposed close to the filters 5a to magnetize at least one part of the filters 5a. When the fluid containing an impurity comprising a ferromagnetic material is made to pass through the filters 5a, the impurity is attracted by the filters 5a and can be removed from the fluid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
