PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter gas recovery device which can introduce a large amount of inert gas into a portion open to atmosphere between a converter throat and the converter gas recovery device and consequently can reliably replace the portion open to the atmosphere with an inert gas atmosphere.;SOLUTION: A converter gas recovery device recovering converter gas generated in a converter blowing process from a recovery hood is characterized in that blowing portions 7, 8 for gas including inert gas as a main component, are provided in a converter space between a dust collection duct disposed on a converter front side in a plan view and a converter throat center, and an air stream toward the converter throat from a converter front side is caused to accompany a gas blown from the blowing portions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
