PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a courtesy information management device or the like for automatically applying courtesy only by using non-cash-payment means, such as a "credit card" or an "electronic money card", without bringing a "membership card" etc. showing qualification for receiving courtesy.;SOLUTION: A courtesy information management device 30 stores identification information of non-cash-payment means 3a in association with usable courtesy information at least in a specific place (A), extracts courtesy information based on the identification information of the non-cash-payment means used in the specific place, applies the courtesy information to the payment information to be paid by the non-cash-payment means, generates after-application information which is information after application of courtesy information, and transmits the after-application information to a non-cash-payment means management part 4 which manages the non-cash-payment means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
