PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce and create an easy-to-edit video content composed of a background image, drawing data and voice.SOLUTION: A video content production terminal 50 preserves background image data, drawing data and voice data whose inputs are accepted into independent files together with timing information for playback. A video content creation device 10, communicably connected to the video content production terminal 50, receives from the video content production terminal 50 the background image data, the drawing data and the voice data together with the timing information for playback, and outputs individual data at timing associated with the data to play back as one video content.
