PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a visually-challenged person to a voice guidance device without causing any trouble in transaction even when the visually-challenged person touches a touch panel by mistake in the case of performing the operation of an automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 1 includes: a first determination part 13 for determining whether or not an operation performed by an operator by touching a touch panel 2 is abnormal; a second determination part 14 for, when the screen of the touch panel 2 transits by the operation, determining whether or not it is determined that the operation is abnormal before and after the transition of the screen; and a guidance part 15 for, when it is determined that the operation is abnormal by the second determination part 14, guiding the operator with a voice from the position of a site where the operator is touching the touch panel 2 to a voice guidance device 3 installed outside the touch panel 2.
