PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste of material as much as possible.;SOLUTION: A hollow cylindrical ring member includes: a flat plate-like long and thin blank material having a width and length corresponding to a height and circumferential length of the hollow cylindrical ring member 16; and a fitting part 12 formed on both end parts in a longitudinal direction of the blank material and having a projection part 12a a width of which is enlarged to an end edge side and a recessed part 12b a width of which is reduced to the end edge side. The ring member 16 is formed by fitting the projection part 12a to the recessed part 12b from a thickness direction of the blank material in an annularly deformed state so that a width direction of the blank material becomes a height direction, and engaging so that the projection part 12a cannot be separated from the recessed part 12b in a circumferential direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
