PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning satellite signal receiver, a positioning satellite signal receiver processing method, and a program capable of suppressing miscalculation of a motion velocity or the like when multipath waves only are received from a satellite.;SOLUTION: The positioning satellite signal receiver comprises at least a calculation part 106 for repeating velocity calculation processing to obtain a plurality of unknown directional velocity components and unknown clock drifts on the basis of received positioning satellite signals from a positioning satellite. The calculation part 106 determines whether a difference between a most recent clock drift obtained most recently and a past average of multiple clock drifts having been obtained exceeds a predetermined threshold.
