PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management apparatus capable of performing an energy simulation using knowledge of experts and specialists only by inputting a few pieces of information which are easily available for a user.;SOLUTION: The energy management apparatus includes: a management unit 10 that controls the operation of plural load apparatuses 30 according to a target power saving rate in a facility in which the load apparatuses 30 are disposed; and a remote management device 20 that communicates with the management unit 10 and provides control data for controlling the operation of the load apparatuses 30 to the management unit 10. The remote management device 20 includes: an information storage section 22 storing facility information and preset information while associating the same with each other; an energy calculation section 26 that calculates a recommended power for the related facility in a manner of energy simulation; an information input section 24 through which a piece of basic condition included in the facility information on the related facility is input; and a parameter estimation section 27 that extracts a piece of information from the information storage section 22 using a basic condition to generate a parameter used by the energy calculation section 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
