[PROBLEMS] Dam water in a hydraulic pipe at a hydropower plant is laminar at first, regardless of the size of the head, but as it flows down, it becomes turbulent and splashed, and a large amount of liberated gas (to date, In addition to air and other gases dissolved in dam water, it is injected into the water turbine to generate electricity. The power generation efficiency is extremely low, and the large amount of gas injected exacerbates the cavitation phenomenon of the water turbine, further reducing the power generation efficiency. The water pressure pipe is replenished with a high-pressure water replenishing device, and the gas generated in the water pressure pipe is completely dissolved. The inside of the hydraulic pipe is 100% full, and high-pressure full-flow water is ejected to the water turbine, so that highly efficient power generation can be performed. The dam water with completely dissolved gas is ejected to the water turbine, which significantly reduces the cavitation of the water turbine. Since the power generation efficiency is improved and the water turbine can be used for a long period of time, it is possible to stably generate more inexpensive electric power.
