PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit which, in a control system for current control, performs harmonics compensation as well, the control system having linearity and time invariance.;SOLUTION: A control circuit 7 comprises: a three-phase to two-phase conversion unit 73 which converts a three-phase current signal into an α axis and a β axis current signal; an α axis current controller 74 which performs signal processing on a deviation signal between the α axis current signal and a target value to generate a first correction value signal; a β axis current controller 75 which performs signal processing on a deviation signal between the β axis current signal and a target value to generate a second correction value signal; a two-phase to three-phase conversion unit 76 which converts the first and the second correction value signals into three correction value signals; and a PWM signal generation unit 77 which generates a PWM signal on the basis of the three correction value signals. The α axis current controller 74 and the β axis current controller 75 performs signal processing with a transfer function designed by a H∞ control theory using a frequency weight W having (s2+ω02)×{s2+(n×ω0)2} included in the denominator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
