Capacitive sensor calibration system for measuring the transient overvoltage speed is provided. The system (202), capacitance sensor (203), (204), coaxial cable resistance divider (205-1 and 205-2), the first transmission tube (201), of conical steep high pressure pulse generator including (207) a second oscilloscope oscilloscope and (206). High voltage steep pulse generator (201), configured to generate a high voltage steep pulse. Capacitance sensor through transmission tube of conical (202), was established (Gas Insulation metal closed Switchgear, GIS) on gas insulated metal enclosed type switchgear (203) and resistor divider high voltage steep pulse, ( and transmitted to 204).
