Capacitive sensor calibration system for measuring the transient overvoltage speed is provided. The system (202), capacitance sensor (203), (204), coaxial cable resistance divider (205-1 and 205-2), the first transmission tube (201), of conical steep high pressure pulse generator including (207) a second oscilloscope oscilloscope and (206). High voltage steep pulse generator (201), configured to generate a high voltage steep pulse. Capacitance sensor through transmission tube of conical (202), was established (Gas Insulation metal closed Switchgear, GIS) on gas insulated metal enclosed type switchgear (203) and resistor divider high voltage steep pulse, ( and transmitted to 204). Transmission conical tube (202) is connected coaxially with the GIS. Resistor divider (204), to send to (206) of the oscilloscope first resistor voltage divider signal through the (205-1) coaxial cable. Capacitance sensor (203), to transmit (207) a second oscilloscope capacitance voltage division signal through a (205-2) coaxial cable. To coincide with the actual waveform (Very Fast Transient Over-voltage, VFTO) transient overvoltage very fast, calibration system, is used as a signal source steep high pressure pulse generator (201). In order to calibrate the (203) capacitance sensor in the state of the installation conditions of the actual almost capacitance sensor (203) and resistor divider (204) is placed on the GIS.
