PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage the shape of a heap of a raw material in a raw material yard in comparison with a conventional way.;SOLUTION: Stereo cameras 201a, 201b, and 201c for measuring information which specifies the position of a surface of a heap 102 of the raw material are fitted to a boom 114 of a stacker 104. A GPS antenna 203 for measuring information which specifies the position of the stereo cameras 201a, 201b and 201c is fitted to the boom 114 of the stacker 104. An inclination meter 202 for measuring information which specifies the measuring direction of the stereo cameras 201a, 201b, and 201c is fitted to the boom 114 of the stacker 104. In a state of directing the boom 114 of the stacker 104 in a plane direction of a y-z plane, these measurement are performed, and based on results of these measurements, the shape of the surface of the heap 102 of the raw material is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
