PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straight-angle enamel wire obtained by forming, over the entire perimeter and length of a straight-angle conductor wire, an insulating coat having an unprecedentedly homogeneous thickness by inhibiting an undesirable thickness deviation phenomenon.;SOLUTION: The straight-angle enamel wire of the present invention is a straight-angle enamel wire consisting of a straight-angle conductor wire and an enamel coat wherein the entire perimeter of the straight-angle conductor wire is electrically insulated by the enamel coat having a prescribed thickness, wherein the straight-angle enamel wire has a virtually rectangular cross-sectional shape consisting of four flat regions and four rounded corner regions, and wherein the difference of the maximal thickness and minimal thickness of the enamel coat within each of the flat regions is no more than 25% of the prescribed thickness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
