PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent waste grains passed through a net of a sorting cylinder at an upper stage side from passing through a net of a sorting cylinder at a lower stage side and from mixing into graded grains in a single-row and multi-stage type grain sorting machine in which a plurality of sorters are arranged in multiple, upper and lower, stages.;SOLUTION: A slanted guiding plate 20 is provided between sorting cylinders 10, 11 disposed in multiple, upper and lower, stages. At a lower side of the slanted guiding plate 20, a vertical guiding plate 21 for receiving grain waste dropping from the slanted guiding plate 20 is provided. From this configuration, grains supplied to each sorting cylinders 10, 11 flow from a supplying side (an upper position side) to a discharging side (a bottom position side) caused by the slope of each sorting cylinders 10, 11. Graded grains which do not pass the net of the sorting cylinder 10 at the upper stage side are discharged from a chute 5 for transporting graded grains. Waste grains, which have passed the net, flow to the slanted guide plate 20 and pass through the clearance between the vertical guiding plate 21 and a panel 6D at the right side face and are discharged to a hopper 4 for collecting waste grains.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
