PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery device of oxalate ions from an indium oxalate aqueous solution for effectively recovering oxalate ions included in oxalic acid etching waste liquid, which is used for processing indium-containing materials to be etched, and reducing a renewal frequency of an oxalic acid liquid.SOLUTION: The recovery device of oxalate ions includes an indium oxalate aqueous solution storage tank 1, an electrodialyzer 2 and an oxalic acid storage tank 3. The indium oxalate aqueous solution storage tank 1 is connected to a desalination chamber 11 of the electrodialyzer 2 through a first liquid supply pipe 4 wherein a liquid supply pump 5 and a protection filter 6 are disposed on the way. The oxalic acid storage tank 3 is connected to a concentration chamber 12 of the electrodialyzer 2 through a second liquid supply pipe 7 having a liquid supply pump 8. The indium oxalate aqueous solution storage tank 1 is provided with a pH sensor 9, while the electrodialyzer 2 is provided with a direct-current power supply 10 supplying electricity to the electrodialyzer 2.
