PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate interactions between users in different spaces via an object on a table.;SOLUTION: A social eating supporting device 1A displays an image of a user U2 received from a social eating supporting device 1B on a display D1. Also, the social eating supporting device 1A outputs an image of a dining table of the user U2 received from the social eating supporting device 1B to a projector P1, and simulates the dining table of the user U2. Further, the social eating supporting device 1A generates simulation information simulating an action of the user U2 on the basis of information indicating the action of the user U2 received from the social eating supporting device 1B, outputs the simulation information to the projector P2, and simulates the action of the user U2. Furthermore, on the basis of an image of a user U1 acquired from a camera C1, the social eating supporting device 1A detects an action of the user U1 and generates action information.
