PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber bundle having superior adhesiveness with a thermoplastic resin.;SOLUTION: The carbon fiber bundle is obtained by immersing a carbon fiber bundle in an emulsion prepared by dispersing water-dispersible polymer particles in a solution containing water and alcohol, and drying the carbon fiber bundle.
