PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft contact lens take-out tool capable of taking out a soft contact lens without applying a stimulus as if the eye is squeezed by rubbing to the eye.SOLUTION: Provided is a soft contact lens take-out tool 1 for taking out a contact lens put into an eye. The soft contact lens take-out tool 1 comprises: a shaft portion 2 formed into a rod shape and held in fingers; a dish portion 3 connected to one end portion of the shaft portion 2 and formed into a dish shape; and a tacky gel portion 4 attached to the dish portion 3. The tacky gel portion 4 is preferably formed of gel silicon polymer having tackiness in a state in which water adheres to a surface, self-tacky soft urethane rubber or the like.
