Efficient induction method of hematopoietic stem cells from human pluripotent stem cells

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently differentiating, inducing and amplifying hematopoietic stem cells having long-term bone marrow reconstruction ability from pluripotent stem cells, particularly human pluripotent stem cells.SOLUTION: There are provided: a differentiation inducing promoter from pluripotent stem cells to hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells; the differentiation inducing promoter comprising a transforming growth factor- (TGF-) inhibitor such as one represented by the following formula (1); a composition containing the TGF- inhibitor for inducing differentiation from pluripotent stem cells to hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells; a reagent kit containing the TGF- inhibitor as the reagent for inducing differentiation from pluripotent stem cells to hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells; a method for inducing differentiation from pluripotent stem cells to hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells by using the TGF- inhibiter, and a cell culture product obtained by the differentiation inducing method.
