PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security policy distribution execution system capable of constructing an information control system having high security with a minimum effect given to the information control system including an unmanned operating device.;SOLUTION: The security policy distribution execution system comprises a control device 300 for controlling a facility 400, and a policy definition device 100 for storing a security policy and its risk that are input from a policy input unit 101a in a storage unit as a policy file for a distribution object and distributing the policy file to the control device 300.
