PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TOC analyzer capable of analyzing a persistent matter and easily reducing the size and easy to integrate into an online.;SOLUTION: The water quality analyzer is a microwave heating device having a resonance structure including a microwave oscillator 10 and a microwave irradiation space 20. The microwave irradiation space 20 has a reaction tube 30 made of a material which transmits microwave. The reaction tube 30 has a heating medium 40 fixed at a position where microwave energy is converged. After supplying a water sample into the reaction tube 30, the water sample is allowed to come into contact with the heating medium 40 heated by the microwave to obtain a gas or a liquid by cooling the gas.
