PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of updating location of wireless users, paging and routing calls to wireless users in a femto system.;SOLUTION: A first sub-paging zone for paging a mobile station is selected in response to an incoming call intended for the mobile station if a trigger code associated with a first femto cell matches a first trigger code associated with femto cells included in the first sub-paging zone. The first femto cell is a femto cell with which the mobile station has most recently registered. The first sub-paging zone is defined on the basis of a location of ones of a subset of the plurality of femto cells.
