PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not power usages of a plurality of electric apparatuses included in a monitoring range are exceeded by reflecting a use mode and characteristics of the plurality of electric apparatuses included in the monitoring range.;SOLUTION: The power amount monitoring device has: a data tantalization part 22 which classifies a plurality of electric apparatuses included in a monitoring range in a plurality of tabulation units and tabulates power usages of the electric apparatuses, respectively for the tabulation units; an alarm level difference calculation part 23 which calculates an alarm level difference between the tabulated power usage and an alarm level value; an alarm determination value calculation part 24 which calculates an alarm determination value on the basis of the alarm level difference of each tabulation unit; a determination part 25 which determines whether or not the alarm determination value exceeds a predetermined alarm threshold; and an alarm transmission part 27 which transmits alarm information indicating that the power usage in the monitoring range is exceeded to a notification device when the determination part 25 determines that the alarm threshold is exceeded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
