PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarizing plate superior in curl resistance, the manufacturing method thereof, and an organic electroluminescence display device using the circularly polarizing plate and having less light leakage.;SOLUTION: The circularly polarizing plate has a λ/4 retardation film (A), a polarizer, and a λ/4 retardation film (B) laminated in this order, and an angle formed between slow axes of respective λ/4 retardation films and an absorption axis of the polarizer is 45°. Each λ/4 retardation film is a stretched-polymer retardation film showing positive intrinsic birefringence, and an angle formed between the slow axes of the λ/4 retardation film (A) and the λ/4 retardation film (B) is 5° or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
