PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily array data displaying parts.;SOLUTION: A graphic screen creation device 1a that uses data displaying parts capable of constituting one square of a table as one of component parts of a graphic screen comprises: a drag execution unit 11 for, in accordance with user's drag operation, moving a first part that shows a data displaying part selected as a target of the drag operation, on a graphic screen; a determination unit 12 for, when the drag operation ends, determining whether or not the first part overlaps with a second part that shows other data displaying parts; and a part moving unit 13 for, when the determination unit 12 determines that the first part overlaps with the second part, moving the first part to either of a position where the first part is adjacent to the second part and both left ends of the first and second parts are aligned in a vertical direction and a position where both upper ends of the first and second parts are aligned in a horizontal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
