PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mechanism capable of adjusting the engine rotation speed (load) in correspondence to a work load state and a non-load state, while capable of restricting costs, and to provide a working machine with the operation mechanism.;SOLUTION: An operation mechanism 12 is provided in a working machine body 11. This operation mechanism 12 includes: an inner cable 46 connecting a throttle valve 22 to a clutch lever 31; an outer tube 47 fixed in one end part 47a thereof; a tube holding means 51 holding the other end part 47b of the outer tube freely to displace; and a regulating means 61 capable of regulating the displacement of the other end part. A sift lever 35 is provided to be connected to the regulating means, and the regulating means is interlocked with the switching operation of the shift lever from a first operating position P4 to a second operating position P5 so as to regulate the displacement of the other end part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
